At our vineyard, we take great pride in picking each and every grape by hand, ensuring that only the best ones are selected based on their maturity and quality. Once picked, the individual clusters are carefully placed in small crates and quickly transported to our winemaking cellar, which is conveniently located less than 500 meters away. This not only saves time, but also helps to limit natural oxidation and color extraction for our Rosé, without the need for any "chemicals".
To create the perfect blend, we often make 2 or 3 passes per row, with a few days in between, to ensure that each grape variety is picked at its optimal maturity and quality. This attention to detail allows us to create unique blends with varying flavors and aromas, which are sure to delight the palate of any wine enthusiast.
