Vinification: Complete destemming precedes variable-duration pre-maceration, contingent on the three-grape blend. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur in oak chêne conical trunks, imparting unique character.

Ageing: Brief sur lie aging spans 6-8 months in 225L Demptos oak barrels of three wood types, enhancing complexity. Subsequent 8-10 month maturation precedes bottling.

On the nose, this wine presents a rich and alluring bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, infused with spicy notes and a subtle hint of black pepper. On the palate, a luscious and lengthy mouthfeel unfolds, showcasing an abundance of dark fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry, complemented by a delicate hint of liquorice. The wine's ample body is accompanied by a silky texture and a structure that is characterised by its finely melted tannins. This creates a harmonious and well-balanced wine that is rich in flavour without being overly heavy. A delightful and easy-drinking wine.
