Le « Petit Rouge » AOP Côtes de Provence
Vinification: Complete destemming precedes variable-duration pre-maceration, contingent on the three-grape blend. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur in oak chêne conical trunks, imparting unique character.
Ageing: Brief sur lie aging spans 6-8 months in 225L Demptos oak barrels of three wood types, enhancing complexity. Subsequent 8-10 month maturation precedes bottling.

The wine's ample body is accompanied by a silky texture and a structure that is characterised by its finely melted tannins.
